I am passionate about helping people re-connect with themselves and make permanent, transformative changes to their anxiety and stress levels.
I do this by helping people gain new insights they did not previously have. This involves recognising any triggers and patterns that are currently out of awareness, thinking about where they come from, reframing, creating new responses, and patterns of behaviour.
I am both an accredited coach and an accredited counsellor. I am trauma therapy (EMDR) trained. I am warm, welcoming and friendly with 10 years experience helping people who are feeling stuck and want things to change.

Sessions are 50 minutes either on line or in person in Seaford and are £80
